At Fluff & Shine Grooming, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the grooming service, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of your appointment. For mobile grooming services, a cancellation fee applies if the appointment is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. Please contact us for more details or assistance.
